Breakfasts are cereal with milk or yoghurt, or toast, etc
Lunches are leftovers, soups, sandwiches, noodles, salads, etc

This is going to be a different week.  No school, so youngest is home all day, BUT on Thursday he heads out to a 3 day youth conference. hmmmm . . . . .
 . . . . .
 . . . . .
Sorry, was waiting for youngest to get up so he could make some choices for while he is here, since he likes to cook.

MONDAY
Spicy Meat Gumbo (from Jamie's American cookbook), with rice

TUESDAY
WEDNESDAY
Mountain Meatballs (from Jamie's American cookbook) with mashed potatoes

THURSDAY
DATE NIGHT - eating out!  hmmmm, where shall we go?  Don't want to spend too much but don't want to go completely frugal either, hmmmmmm, decisions, decisions.

FRIDAY
Jamie Oliver's Chicken Korma (step by step photo recipe at the link)

"Chicken Korma"

SATURDAY
Jamie Oliver's Byriani
This uses left over curry, so even though there are only two of us, I will make a full batch of curry on Thursday, and save half to make this today.
Both recipes are from the Ministry of Food book.

SUNDAY
Lunch will be different as we have a bring and share meal after church.  I will do a tray of raw veggies, and buy a tub of dip to go with that.  Then, I will also make Nigella's passion fruit pavlova, mmmmmmmmmmmm.  Maybe I will also be persuaded to make bisquik sausage balls for my favourite church caretaker!

Then dinner will be:
Salmon Soup with bread, or possible sandwiches.

And Next week will be even more different, as eldest comes home for two weeks, starting on the Monday and youngest is still off school (2 weeks break for Easter).
